If paying in Philippine pesos, please check the exchange rate on the actual day of pickup to ensure that your payment conforms to the prevailing rate. The exchange rate is adjusted on Friday evenings and is posted at the upper right-hand corner of our web pages.
We can only accomodate a limited number of pickups per day so please request a check pickup at least 3 days before your preferred pickup date.
We require all clients to fax in a copy of their checks to 632-7319 or attach it to email and send it to helpdesk@dot.ph before we can schedule a pickup. Please make sure to indicate your domain name in the fax or in the email.
Please note that we do not pickup check payment of expired domain or account.

The domain will be activated only after we have processed your payment. Until that time, the domain will be available for registration by other parties.
